Hotel Gracery Asakusa Tokyo

We had an amazing romantic escape at this hotel. The room layout was excellent, with spacious and functional design. The room had everything we needed, including a separate shower and bathtub, which added a touch of luxury to our stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to multiple subway lines and plenty of dining options nearby.

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city. The bathroom amenities were excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was actually surprised when I received a complimentary bag of bath salt upon arrival. I had a great stay at Gracery Asakusa.

The hotel is decently sized with a clean shower room and fresh toiletries. Although the rooms are small, some have a nice view of a nearby landmark. The location is convenient, near shops, temples, and public transport options. The staff is present and helpful with guests' needs, and there is a laundry room for added comfort.

The lack of sufficient storage space in the rooms is inconvenient, making it a struggle to store extra bags and clothing.

We loved this hotel! The location was perfect, really close to the train station and tourist attractions. The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. The facilities were great, there was nothing that we didn't like. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed, including USB ports and freshly cleaned towels every day. We would highly recommend staying here!

Nothing it is perfect.

As a disabled traveler, I loved that Hotel Gracery Asakusa had a spacious bathroom, big enough to fit a wheelchair. The staff were genuine, always ready to help with a smile, and their sincerity and hospitality were evident. The hotel also provided a mobile phone with internet, which was incredibly useful for using Google Maps and staying connected. The location was perfect, with plenty of things to do, places to eat, and shops to visit. It was quieter compared to other areas in Tokyo, but still easily accessible via the metro.

The location was perfect: it was in a quiet area but still very close to popular temples and many restaurants and shops. the hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the bathroom in my room with modern and traditional Japanese features.

Conveniently located in the heart of a cultural neighborhood with various restaurants nearby. Immaculate rooms and private suite-like bathrooms provided. Outstandingly helpful and gracious staff. The hotel also provides guests with a Handy phone for unlimited data and international calls. Would definitely recommend without hesitation.
